on 29 Dec 2012, my wife and I went into BB store # 245 to search for a protective case for a tablet, and SID card. I used one of the stores wheelchairs because I blow out my left knee last week. Neither are the reason in?which I am writing about

to the CEO or whoever came up with the design or redesign of this store. This is the Worst design of a store I have ever seen. Since I was in the wheelchair and not on my crutches, I rolled around looking for these aforementioned items, I got trapped in the narrow isles because I could not turn around, people in front of in back of me a rolling ladder in front of me. I tried to navigate around a corner, a cardboard box in the middle of the isle, some moron starts walking towards me in the only space the wheel chair could go. I had to back up because this butt didn't even flinch as if he would have stopped. I had to roll back into the isle I was just in. Few minutes later I was up by geek squad info arealwent down one isle people walked in and starting to look at something. After a few seconds I backed up out of the isle, I couldn't turn around and when I did, I found the isle I need to get to my wife blocked by a roof support pole and people looking at something. Behind me was the lines of the registers and geek squad consulting areas. UNABLE TO GO ANYWHERE I SAT THERE WAITING FOR OVER 5 MINUTES.
?
I am only only a temporary wheelchair user. I feel sorry for any disabled person who needs a to use a wheel chair on a daily basis that uses this store.
?
IT IS NOT A ?HANDICAPPED ACCEPTABLE DESIGNED STORE AT ALL
