Job Description

Job Summary
Work with focus accounts to develop and grow business within the Networking segments as well as develop new HP customers for SYNNEX. Work to achieve/exceed development goals of the business.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
? Hit set Networking goals. (25%)
? Support sales force and their clients for the Networking segments by educating them about available programs and assisting them to win more business. (20%)
? Works with the Marketing department to devise and communicate programs to help focus accounts hit their goals. (10%)
? Develops excellent working relationships with HP outside reps. (10%)
? Fosters, promotes and strengthens relationships with focus list customers. Works with on-going customers. (25%)
? Lead development and management. (10%)

Job Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
? Networking and computer experience
? Ability to travel 10%
? Minimum of four years of related sales/business development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
? Demonstrated business communications skills including, but not limited to preparing reports, speaking before groups of people, and negotiation
? Demonstrated skills and experience with sales/business development processes, systems and procedures
? Demonstrated familiarity and understanding of the interfaces between the sales and business development processes
? Demonstrated experience in meeting and/or exceeding sales/business development productivity goals
? Ability to work and strive in a dynamic work environment
? Ability to work a non-standard work schedule

Principal Challenges and Accountabilities
? Meet or exceed productivity and other quantitative measures put in place as business development goals and objectives.
? Work with clients to grow their Networking business.
? Manage reports to insure accuracy
? Provide weekly market intelligence reports.
? Expected to log 4 hrs and 35 out bound calls per day.
Internal/External Interfaces
? Sales, Product Managers, HP PBMs, HP field reps, SYNNEX clients
Essential Mental Functions
? Work in a fast-paced work environment where there are multiple demands and constant deadlines
? Position has business/sales productivity goals and/or quotas

Essential Physical Functions
? Keying data to computer (manual dexterity) 6 hours a day (continuous sitting)
? Frequent to continuous use of hands, manual dexterity involved and phone usage
? Standing occasional to frequent (may be up to 3 hours a day)
? Bending and Kneeling-occasional
? Carrying and Lifting-occasional up to 50 pounds (3-4 times a week)

Tools, Materials and Equipment Used
? Standard office equipment, including but not limited to computer, phone, fax, copy machine, printer
? Sales logs, registers, reference tools
? Employee's Handbook
? Standard operating procedures
