Real Estate agents are often questioned on their integrity or merit when they answer the question, is now a good time to buy. The reason is somewhat obvious, when we sell a home, we are compensated via a commission check and therefore we are in it for ourselves. I accept this thought; however I would like to suggest that this isn?t always the case. There are some real estate professionals, like me, that have a different take on when it?s a good time to buy? Refer to my previous post ?Is now a good time to buy a home??. We do our best to identify what?s important to you about buying a home now, why they want to buy, and what are their short term and long term goals when it comes to owning their next home.
With that said, I have always worked hard to use social proof as factual or imperial evidence as to why now is a good time to buy a home. As of right now, let?s see what some of the chief economist, and previous nay sayers are currently suggesting:

Bottom line, now may not be the right time for you, and that?s ok? however now may be the right time for someone you know, like and trust, and if that seems right, the only question left is when would be a good time for us to get together to discuss this, so that they don?t miss an opportunity?
